Elad and Gal met 20 years ago. Gal was a young pilot, Elad was the head of a rescue team and together they led an innovative process of cooperation and collaboration. They progressed together to command, management, and training each gaining expertise in their fields. They always knew that one day they would work together and looked for an idea that would have an impact based on their values. Finally, they decided to follow their hearts and do what they love most - helping organizations, companies, and businesses to be prepared. Ready for the uncertainty, the obstacle, the risk, and the next crisis. With great excitement and in difficult times, they co-founded Be.RedY.

אלעד וגל הכירו לפני 20 שנים. גל היה טייס צעיר, אלעד היה ראש צוות חילוץ וביחד הובילו תהליך חדשני של שיתוף פעולה בין העולמות. הם התקדמו במקביל לפיקוד, ניהול והדרכה כל אחד בתחומו. וידעו תמיד שישלבו כוחות בהמשך הדרך. הם חיפשו רעיון שיטמון בחובו אימפקט, משמעות וערכים.

והחליטו ללכת עם הלב ולעשות את מה שהם הכי אוהבים - לעזור לארגונים, חברות ועסקים להיות מוכנים. מוכנים לחוסר הודאות, למכשול, לסיכון ולמשבר הבא. בהתרגשות גדולה ובימים קשים הם הקימו את Be.Redy.
